Terms and Conditions

1. Service Acceptance

By engaging Tulja Bhavani All Chair Repairing & Sales for office chair repair, upholstery restoration, gas lift replacement, or new chair purchases across Pune (including Baner, Kothrud, Warje, Katraj, and Hadapsar), you agree to comply with our operational guidelines and payment terms.

2. Doorstep Service & Execution

We provide doorstep repair services for your convenience. Clients are requested to ensure our technicians have adequate space to inspect and repair the chairs. While we strive to offer same-day service, specific arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or prior service commitments in Pune.

3. Pricing, Spare Parts & Payment

All repair quotes are finalized after a physical or visual inspection (via WhatsApp) of the damaged chair. We guarantee the use of genuine, high-quality spare parts (wheels, bases, hydraulics, handles). Full payment is required immediately upon the successful completion of the repair or upon delivery of new office chairs.

4. Warranty & Liability

We provide a standard functional warranty on specific newly replaced parts (such as heavy-duty gas cylinders and nylon bases), the duration of which will be explicitly stated on your invoice. Tulja Bhavani All Chair Repairing & Sales shall not be held liable for pre-existing damages to the chair's structure or issues arising from improper usage after the repair is completed.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked doorstep repair or a bulk corporate servicing appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance so our technicians can adjust their Pune routing schedules accordingly.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our service offerings or local operational guidelines. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
